At any time you may oppose, free of charge and without stating your reasons, the processing of any data that you have provided.

Collecting data of a personal nature. Formatronic.fr files are declared to the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL). Processing of the Users’ personal data complies with principles stated in the law on Information Technology and Freedom of 6 January 1978, modified. The User has the right at any time to access and rectify or oppose any of his or her personal data. For this purpose, the User must contact us (and provide his first name, last name, address and email) at contact@formatronic.eu.
Obligations on behalf of Formatronic.eu of informing persons concerned. The User may receive through us communication from our company or our partner companies. The User may at any time interrupt sending of such messages, by following indications contained in each message received.

Sending of CVs.
Users are entitled to right of access and modification. For this purpose, the User must contact us (and provide his first name, last name, address and email) at contact@formatronic.eu. Formatronic.fr is the sole recipient of any CVs and may not communicate the CVs and generally, any personal data to third parties. Users are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of the data contained in the CV. The online application service is reserved for adult Users.

Protection of Property Rights.
Content released by Formatronic.fr (Intellectual Property Rights). Formatronic wishes to inform you that the “Formatronic.eu” website is protected property: Formatronic is holder of the copyrights and exclusive exploitation rights on each page contained in this website, its structure and the items contained in it. Therefore, and in particular, the brands, logos, designs, photos, animations, videos and texts contained in the Website are the intellectual property of Formatronic.fr or its partners and may not be reproduced, used or represented without its express authorization or of its partners, subject to legal penalties.

Protected brands.
The User agrees not to use or communicate the brand or logo without the express written approval of Formatronic. Consequently, Formatronic will prosecute, in particular for counterfeiting, any parties who directly or indirectly infringe its rights.  

Respect by the User of Intellectual Property Rights. The User guarantees it will not change any of the content released by the Formatronic.fr Website. Printing is only authorized for the exclusive use of the User, with the exclusion of any other use without prior written approval of Formatronic.eu.

Applicable Law.
Jurisdictional competence.
These Conditions of Use are governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with French law, the language for interpretation purposes is French in the event of dispute concerning the meaning of a term or a provision of the present Conditions of Use. Any dispute resulting from use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive competence of French Courts.
